What a credit is

Credits are what you spend as you use Themis. A tangled matter uses more than a simple one, so the same balance goes further on some questions than on others.

When a day pass ends

After 24 hours your balance goes back to the credits you were holding before it. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You'll see a clear notice, and you can top up right there — credits or a day pass, whichever suits. Nothing resets on a schedule and nothing renews on its own: your balance is what you have bought and not yet spent.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, and netbanking via Cashfree. Credits and day passes are one-time payments — no recurring mandate, nothing to cancel later.

Are my conversations private? Who can see what I ask?

Yes. We do not sell your data and we do not use your conversations to train models. Threads are tied to your account and only visible to you. See our privacy policy for the full details.
